MacMillin Vertical Power Units

Pre-engineered from standard components, power units include motor, pump and manifold mounted on the reservoir.

Each power unit is tested to assure system performance and reliability.

This typical MacM® Vertical Power Unit is built on a 3.8 gallon reservoir. The pump delivers .44 gpm at 3000 psi to MacMillan Circuit-Blok®: MSBV-01-FA, providing 10 micron return line filtration with 18 psi by-pass and system relief with wrench adjustment, 100-3000 psi adjustable range.

SAE #8 "O" ring "P&T" and SAE #2 (5/16-24) indicator "FG" port. Mounted on base manifold is a MSSP-23 two station DO3 J parallel subplate with two sandwich dual pilot check valves mounted between subplate and directional valves with 24 VDC coils.










Vertical Power Unit is built on a larger 10 gallon reservoir. Pump delivers 1.24 gpm at 1000 psi to MacM® Circuit Blok® MSBV-02U-FA providing 10 micron return line filtration with 20 psi by-pass and system relief with wrench adjustment, 100-3000 psi adjustable range.

SAE #10 O" ring "P&T" and SAE #2 (5/16-24) "FG" filter indicator port. P to T unloading valve, normally open 2-way 5v cartridge. Mounted on base manifold is a MSSP-5124 five station parallel subplate with cartridge 4-way directional control valves.
